Role Overview: As an HR Hook Bin Truck Driver, you will be responsible for driving and operating a hook lift vehicle, collecting, transporting, and delivering bins to various locations in and around Salisbury and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities: Drive and operate an HR (Heavy Rigid) hook lift truck to safely transport bins to and from various locations.
Perform safe loading and unloading of bins using the hook lift system.
Ensure the truck is well-maintained, conducting daily safety checks and reporting any issues.
Follow all road safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients.
Accurately complete any necessary paperwork or delivery logs.
Assist with other tasks on-site as needed.
Skills & Requirements: Current HR (Heavy Rigid) truck licence.
Experience operating hook lift trucks, or willingness to learn.
Knowledge of road safety regulations and local traffic laws.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay on schedule.
A reliable work ethic and commitment to safety.
Previous experience in a similar driving role is preferred but not essential.
