Brightwater Linen is a division of the Brightwater, providing comprehensive laundry services to clients throughout Western Australia including hospitals, care facilities, hotels, mines and apartments.
An opportunity is available for a reliable and motivated Linen Driver to ensure goods are delivered to our clients in a timely and professional manner.
The position is also required to assist in the laundry as and when required.
This position is based in Malaga and offered on a casual basis with a possibility of on-going employment.
There is flexibility in working hours which are anywhere between 5.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday – with the occasional Saturday shift.

Free on-site parking To be suitable for this role, you must possess: Current Heavy Rigid (HR) Class Driver's License (preferably manual) Experience in HR driving Effective written, verbal and communication skills The ability to work as a flexible and engaging team member Demonstrated ability to approach work with a clear, calm and efficient manner Basic understanding of mechanics (desirable).
Previous experience working in a laundry facility (desirable).
A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old Responsibilities include: Providing a service that is customer focused, ensuring all good are delivered to the required standard Ensure goods are delivered as per the schedule in a timely and professional manner Ensure truck remains roadworthy and reliable with daily inspection checks and, regular cleaning.
Ensure all faults or irregularities are reported immediately Perform truck driving duties including the loading and unloading of goods (trolleys, cages, bins) as required in a safe manner Maintain accurate records of collection and delivery data required for effective service monitoring Report and escalate any issues to the Production Manager or Administrative Assistant Applications must be submitted through Brightwater's online portal by 31 October 2024 – note that shortlisting will begin immediately .
