Our Graduate Programme: People and Capability
Our People and Capability Graduate Framework offers a permanent placement and a structured two (2) year development program before transitioning into a professional role within the People and Capability Function.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to rotate through our various departments, including Organisational Capability, Learning and Development, and Human Resources which will see you experience placements within the HR Business Partnering team at both of our operations, Tropicana and Sunrise Dam Gold Mines.
About you:
On a path to complete or studying towards completing a tertiary qualification in the relevant discipline, due to graduate by the end of this year or mid-2025.
Comfortable with flying and doing a FIFO roster for your onsite placements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and open-minded with a creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
A valid Australian manual driver's license.
