Our client in Shepparton is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a temporary basis, with the role initially running until 31st January 2024. There is potential for the contract to be extended beyond this period. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and support to management on employee relations and performance management matters. Assist the HR department in rolling out programs designed to enhance the employee experience. Lead and manage important HR investigations. Offer proactive recruitment support across the business. Implement the new rapid induction system, including onboarding and training. Prepare regular HR reports for the General Manager – HR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. 4-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills. Professionalism, discretion, and a customer-focused attitude. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
