Role Summary: As an HR Generalist for our client, you will be a pivotal member of their team, handling various human resources functions that are critical to the organization's success.
This includes assisting with the employee onboarding process, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and contributing to a supportive work environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of compassion, professionalism, and HR expertise to the role, ideally with experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings.
This behavioral health center is world renowned for their treatment programs and you will directly make a difference in mental healthcare for patients in need.
Key Responsibilities: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Address employee relations concerns, providing guidance and support in conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote organizational values and mission.Coordinate training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and compliance with healthcare standards.Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role, with preference given to candidates with experience in the healthcare or behavioral health sector.Thorough understanding of Massachusetts employment legislation and best practices in HR management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive matters with empathy and confidentiality.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.SHRM-CP or PHR certification will be viewed favorably.The HR Generalist will enjoy a highly competitive compensation (DOE), excellent health benefits, 401(k) with employer matching and much more!
