Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions. Handle and manage recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Conduct orientation program for new employees and coordinate internal/external training. Handle staffing issues by providing guidance and counseling. Develop and implement HR strategy and action plan to improve operational productivity and support organizational growth. Responsible for day-to-day administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operations. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. Identify and analyze training needs of staff, develop effective training plans to ensure all staff receive sufficient training to perform their job functions. Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Detail-oriented, excellent time management and committed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and possess high level of CONFIDENTIALITY. Proficient in HR matters and well versed in Malaysia labour law such as Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc. is an added advantage.
