As the Senior HR Systems Analyst in the People, Performance & Culture team, this role will ensure the efficient operation of our People systems platforms, while leveraging data analytics to enhance decision making.

The successful candidate will have: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (desirable)Solid experience in reporting, analysis and project implementationAdvanced Excel and VBA skills with proven experience in creating reports and data manipulationExcellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skillsStrong analytical, problem solving and communication (written and oral) skillsThe ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities within a fast paced, volume oriented role to meet conflicting deadlinesExcellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders and build trust and commitment; andBe a team player.
