About The Opportunity

This is more than HR admin. This is the chance to grow your capability and career as MyVenue continues to become a global success.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will have sole responsibility for HR admin and coordination tasks across the employee journey.

You will manage and support the recruitment process by

Using your creative genius to write job adsSelecting the best applicants to shortlist, and conducting telephone interviewsEnsuring a fantastic experience by administering the recruitment process and communicating with both applicants and MyVenue managersConducting reference and background checksLiaising with external recruitment agencies from time to timeCreating offer letters

You Will Add Value At Onboarding And Offboarding By

Coordinating tasks such as collection of information and exit interviewsProviding employment contract administrationConducting security and work rights checksEnsuring employee file management and record keeping is accurate and up to date

You will provide HR generalist support including

Documenting and recording performance appraisalsMaintaining the organization chart and position descriptions library maintenanceAssist with developing and updating policies and procedures

In addition to your HR duties, you will also support the Finance Team by:

Assisting with employee reimbursementsRecordkeepingUndertaking bank account and credit card reconciliations

About You

You Will Bring

Experience in supporting recruitment processesA knowledge of human resources practicesOutstanding attention to detailThe ability to work in a position of trust and maintain confidentialityA willingness and capability to undertake finance tasks as well as the HR components of the roleA flexible mindset to be able to provide outstanding service to both US based and Australian based team membersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesReliability and the ability to work autonomouslyProven ability to build rapport with employees and managers at all levels

Ideally you will have experience with Xero or a similar accounting package, but this is not essential.
