We are seeking a HR administration super star to join our fabulous HR team.
You will support the team, managing various administration tasks, assisting with the delivery of key priorities, the employee life cycle and have a keen focus on process improvement.
This is an excellent role for your development, giving you exposure to the full employee lifecycle, giving you exposure to a variety of HR tasks within a multi-disciplined team.
Responsibilities will include: Support recruitment activities through shortlisting, phone screening, scheduling and pre-employment checks.
Lead Onboarding, Offboarding and Side boarding to ensure timely and accurate delivery of core HR processes.
Providing support with the implementation of key initiatives to enhance staff engagement and wellbeing.
Support and delivery of reward and recognition initiatives and awards.
Administration support for our learning management system, scheduling and support in set up of training events.
Ensure a safe workspace through delivery of Health and Wellbeing initiatives.
Management of all HR data, position description and employee filing.
Supporting HR team members as and when required to meet functional objectives.

You will have the following attributes: Demonstrated administration experience in a similar or equivalent role.
