Our client, a community-minded organization in the east, is looking for a HR Coordinator to join their people and culture department. You will report to the Director of People and Culture. The people and culture department are very collaborative and foster an inclusive forward-thinking culture.
This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday through to Friday. The role is initially for a 1-month contract and could lead to longer-term opportunities.
Your key responsibilities include: Provide timely, first line HR advice and support to leaders and staff on operational HR related mattersPrepare and monitor staff correspondence from drafting and distribution to return and record keepingInterpret and provide accurate advice regarding Enterprise Agreements and relevant Modern AwardsSupport leaders and staff through end-to-end HR processes including induction, probation management, staff development, performance and movement, and the offboarding processPrepare, collect and record accurate people data including role classifications, position descriptions, employment letters and recordsMonitor internal HR databases and support the continuous improvement of HR processes and work practicesYou will have the following experience: Qualification in Human Resource ManagementPrior experience in an HR-related roleExcellent technical skills and sound knowledge of employee database systemsPassionate about best practice HR and recruitment Benefits: Learning and development budgetEAP + other wellbeing benefitsParking on siteIf you are interested in this role, please APPLY with your resume addressed to Alice Rimmer at Charterhouse – ******
