Hr Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization. You will collaborate with various departments and be responsible for overseeing key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
– Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contract details, and performance evaluations.
– Coordinate and schedule training and development programs for employees.
– Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
– Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in regards to employee-related matters.
– Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
– Plan and organize company events and employee engagement initiatives.
– Collaborate with managers to identify and resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
– Conduct exit interviews and handle voluntary employee separations.
– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
– Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
– Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
– Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
