About the role As the HR Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems, recruitment processes, and employee onboarding.
This role is all about optimising workflows, improving HR systems, and providing top-notch support to employees and leaders alike.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Manage HR systems, identify process improvements, and maintain quality controls to support data-driven decisions.
Lead the administrative side of recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new team members.
