About The OpportunityAs an HR Coordinator/Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective and professional HR advice and support to clients.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Providing tailored and pragmatic HR advice on a range of topics, including employment law, modern award compliance, and performance management.Issuing and implementing employment documentation for clients, such as contracts, policies, and letters.Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering practical HR solutions.Offering ongoing support and education on the platform's features to help clients maximize its value.Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, including conducting HR Health Checks and advising on compliance matters.Supporting other business functions, including client services, sales, and marketing, as an HR subject matter expert.About YouThe successful candidate will have:
2+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator, Advisor, or in a similar role.A strong understanding of HR practices, Fair Work Act, and Australian compliance requirements.Comfort with using HR platforms and technology to deliver solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.You will also have:
