We're looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support our team across key HR functions.
This flexible 3-day-a-week role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing new agreements, variations, and award interpretation.
Coordinating probation reviews, annual reviews, and performance management.
Acting as the first point of contact for all staff HR queries.
Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews.
Maintaining staff files, compliance with Fair Work, and policy reviews.
Liaising on Workcover, parental leave, and employee recognition programs.
Assisting with Workforce Incentive Program (WIP) and Practice Incentives Program (PIP).
Championing Employee of the Month initiatives to foster team culture.
What You'll Bring:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Sound knowledge of Fair Work compliance and award interpretation.
Excellent communication skills to engage staff at all levels.
The ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
