Our client, a leading and highly regarded CBD Law Firm, now has an exceptional career opportunity for a motivated and talented Legal Assistant/Administrator wishing to move into HR.Working closely with the People & Culture Manager, who will train and mentor you, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the firm's HR function.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain, supervise & mentor junior office admin and reception staffDevelop firm processes and training manuals for admin support and shared services functionsDeliver induction & training for Administration and Support staffCoordinate Learning & Development programsCoordinate the CPD programAssist with coordinating administrative staffHR administration duties such as coordinating recruitment interviews, drafting letters of offer, creating HR filesCoordinate & assist with Graduate and Seasonal Clerkship recruitment programs, induction and trainingGeneral administration support for the HR ManagerEvent coordination and ad hoc projectsSkills and ExperienceTo secure this exceptional opportunity, you will have previous experience as a Legal Assistant/Administrator in a law firm with a genuine desire to work in HR.
