Our client, a leading and highly regarded CBD Law Firm now has an exceptional career opportunity for a motivated and talented Legal Assistant/Administrator wishing to move into HR.
Working closely with the People & Culture Manager, who will train and mentor you, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the firm's HR function.
Key Responsibilities:Train, supervise & mentor junior office admin and reception staffDevelop firm processes and training manuals for admin support and shared services functionsDeliver induction & training for Administration and Support staffCoordinate Learning & Development programsCoordinate the CPD programAssist with coordinating administrative staffHR administration duties such as coordinating recruitment interviews, drafting letters of offer, creating HR filesCoordinate & assist with Graduate and Seasonal Clerkship recruitment programs, induction and trainingGeneral administration support for the HR ManagerEvent coordination and ad hoc projectsSkills and Experience:To secure this exceptional opportunity you will have previous experience as a Legal Assistant/Administrator in a law firm with a genuine desire to work in HR.
You will also have:
