Our client, a leading and highly regarded CBD Law Firm now has an exceptional career opportunity for a motivated and talented Legal Assistant/Administrator wishing to move into HR.
Working closely with the People & Culture Manager, who will train and mentor you, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the firm's HR function.
Key Responsibilities Train, supervise & mentor junior office admin and reception staff Develop firm processes and training manuals for admin support and shared services functions Deliver induction & training for Administration and Support staff Coordinate Learning & Development programs Coordinate the CPD program Assist with coordinating administrative staff HR administration duties such as coordinating recruitment interviews, drafting letters of offer, creating HR files Coordinate & assist with Graduate and Seasonal Clerkship recruitment programs, induction and training General administration support for the HR Manager Event coordination and ad hoc projects

Skills and Experience To secure this exceptional opportunity you will have previous experience as a Legal Assistant/Administrator in a law firm with a genuine desire to work in HR.
You will also have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong technical and MS Office skills (experience with Aderant, iManage and/or DocAssist an advantage) High attention to detail Excellent time management skills Initiative and the ability to learn quickly
