Job Description The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate or administrator to start their HR career by gaining valuable knowledge and learning practical skills in the generalist field.
In this newly created role, the HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Division and coordinate all activities within Mitsui's Benefits Program. This role will also support the HR Division in coordinating day-to-day HR operations such as:
Managing the shared HR inboxes and processing invoice payments. Providing assistance to employees in response to general HR enquiries. Coordinating Mitsui's Health and Wellness Program through delivering its initiatives. Providing support with various HR activities such as recruitment, performance appraisals and incentive plans. Assisting with new starter onboarding and facilitating inductions. Assisting with the implementation of HR programs and initiatives. Coordinating Mitsui's staff training registrations, set up, records and reporting. Desired Skills and Experience The Person As a recent HR graduate, you will be ready to put your knowledge to practice in this hands-on role. You are a team player who is proactive, keen to learn, process driven with great time management skills. You will also possess:
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a degree where HR was the major discipline. Demonstrated experience in an administration or customer service role. Excellent organisation and administration skills including data and document control. Strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word etc. Experience using HRIS, ATS or SAP systems (highly regarded but not essential).
