Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join our close-knit HR team in Brisbane!
In this role, you will report to the HR Service Center Lead in Brisbane and collaborate with the broader Human Resources group to ensure that every employee experience at Hatch is exceptional. The HR team is a client-focused team that works in partnership with employees, managers, and other HR functions to provide strategic, simple, and efficient solutions that drive operational excellence and business results.
Responsibilities include :
Oversee the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, practices and procedures. Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports and documents to support monitoring of HR metrics. Conducting regular HR data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records. Special projects and other duties as assigned, and support for other HR specialties, as required. Execute and manage transactions in HRIS, including increases, bonuses, leaves, absence administration, terminations etc. Key required skills, experience, and attributes: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written English (complete fluency in English is a requirement) High attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills required Strong morals and ethics, along with a commitment to maintaining staff privacy and confidentiality Ability to work independently and participate as an effective team member, with colleagues locally and globally Ability to prioritize effectively given multiple changing demands and deadlines High level of professionalism Full unrestricted living and work rights in Australia (i.e. permanent residency or citizenship) Why join us?
