Viterra is currently seeking experienced HR Coordinator's to join our dynamic team. About the role As our HR Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support the HR team in a variety of areas including industrial relations, employee onboarding, performance management, recruitment and medical processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual who can prioritize competing demands and communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. We're looking for someone with: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources A minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR role The ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards About us We are Viterra, we connect Australian growers with domestic and international consumers through our world-leading, fully integrated agriculture network.
