We have an amazing opportunity for an astute and proactive PC&G Coordinator to join our People, Culture & Governance (PC&G) Team.
This role is based in our state-of-the-art Head Office in Sydney Olympic Park : close to public transport and with free parking available on-site.
The Benefits Dynamic & supportive team - learn from exceptional HR operativesCareer development within the global Bridgestone business5 days extra leave every year after 2 years of employmentAn extra 5 days leave as a one off at each 5 year employment milestoneHealth checks / free flu shotsEnd of journey facilities and free on-site gymProduct discounts on Bridgestone TyresAdditional benefits & staff discountsThe Role Permanent full-time role based out of our Head Office in Sydney Olympic ParkServe as a compliance advocate by monitoring adherence to governance protocolsProvide comprehensive administrative support to the PC&G team, including assisting with projects & initiativesProvide timely & accurate responses to staff, management, and external stakeholdersManage procurement for PC&G-related services and supplies, including managing vendors & tracking invoicesMaintain accurate employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS)Generate / analyse reports & track key metrics to support decision-making across PC&G functionsLead the coordination of new employee onboarding & orientation programsProactively research & stay updated on best practices in people management, workplace culture & governanceIdentify & implement opportunities to improve existing programs, processes & systemsAbout You - Essential Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role within a People & Culture teamProficient computer skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office suite (particularly Word & Excel)Excellent administrative skills including time management & organisational abilitiesExcellent communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skillsHigh degree of professionalism & judgement with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentialityA valid driver's license.Current work rights in AustraliaAbout You Preferred Exposure to mining, heavy industry or manufacturingExposure to vendor management including raising purchase orders, processing invoices etc.Join a global leader and take on your next professional challenge!
