About the role We're looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support our HR Manager and Business Partners across various HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee support, and reporting.
This role is essential for ensuring smooth HR operations and upholding our commitment to employee engagement and development.
Key responsibilities are: • Post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain the recruitment process.
• Build relationships across functions and levels to create effective partnerships, offer coaching on sensitive issues, and act as a trusted HR advisor.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences, including system access and HR inductions.
• Respond to general HR inquiries, support performance reviews, and manage probationary period records.
• Organise training sessions, track participation, and assist with the annual training calendar.
• Support our employee recognition initiatives and coordinate service awards and team updates.
About you We seek a dynamic individual who is willing to dive in and support the entire HR team with enthusiasm and dedication.
As a collaborative team player, you should be ready to tackle any challenge and offer assistance wherever needed.
• You will have proven experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Advisor, demonstrating a strong foundation in human resources principles and practices.
• You will confidently provide sound advice and guidance to stakeholders on various employee-related matters.
• You will have proficiency in HR systems, with the ability to become the go-to expert for the team.
• You will have a proactive, can-do attitude committed to delivering results while fostering a positive and enjoyable team environment.
