The Company

Purple Playground are on a mission to empower purpose-driven businesses to build and leverage their competitive edge by investing in their biggest asset – their people.
Life's too short to spend your waking hours doing something you don't love, so our vision is two-fold – to inspire our clients to nurture a culture where all employees feel valued, fulfilled and deeply connected to the purpose of the business that they work for…and to do the exact same for our own team members here at Purple Playground.
We partner our clients with key members of our team who care about their business as much as our own.
We are positioned as an integral part of the leadership teams that we work with, helping them across all aspects of the employee lifecycle from attraction to departure.
The Team

Step into a culture where social responsibility isn't just a trendy term – it's ingrained in everything we do as a B-Corp certified business.
We believe in leveraging our strengths, having fun and creating a meaningful impact…which just so happen to be our 3 core values – Fun, Strengths, Meaningful Impact.
We are a diverse team that believes in celebrating the power of small such as daily wins and great outcomes for our clients.
Every day is unique as life's too short for monotony.
Our mission extends beyond ourselves, so much so that we're dedicated to making a tangible difference in the world, whether through our exceptional work, fostering a culture of respect, or giving back to those in need.
At Purple Playground, we're a tight-knit tribe committed to doing good while enjoying the company of those we're doing it with.
The Role

Our HR Consultants are the ultimate experts in all things people and culture related for our clients.
By partnering with our clients and becoming their trusted advisors, we develop HR initiatives tailored to their needs, helping them scale, whilst mitigating risk and ensuring legislative compliance.
Whether it's recruiting top talent or building leadership capability, we handle the entire employee lifecycle with a 'systemise the process, humanise the experience' approach.
As the dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist in our team, crafting irresistible job descriptions, scouting top-tier candidates, and teaming up with hiring managers to bring in the A-team is all in a day's work.
But it's not just about filling positions; we also focus on creating cultures that align with our clients' values, optimising HR Information Systems, and fostering strong relationships to ensure a seamless experience every step of the way.
