The Opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Human Resources Compliance Analyst to join our team at Head Office in Docklands.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits relating to all Human Resources fields including IR/ER, payroll and immigration.

What you will do? Conducting audits (IR, ER, payroll, immigration and more)Report on exceptions and compliance gapsAnalyse information and provide recommendations on findingsImplement improvements that drive efficiency in work practices and audit performanceLiaise with Director ER/IR and Talent Acquisition to manage audit outputs and corrective actions to mitigate risksOversee visa management More About You Experience in the management, administration, and maintenance of HR and related audits and reportsProven IR/ER knowledge and experienceThe ability to manage and measure work for continuous improvementExperience in providing advice and support to business stakeholdersA strong attention to detailThe ability to communicate analytical data to business leaders
