The role will be working as an HR Case Manager - based in Deeside giving you real exposure to many complex people matters.The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of cases, providing advice and guidance to managers on complex matters, and focusing on the best outcome for both colleagues and the business.You will be required to deal with serious conduct matters, employee relation issues, employee concerns and capability.
