About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanency. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Manager to assist the Energy Solutions division with a diverse range of responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice on industrial relations and employment law frameworks to stakeholders within the business.Develop and implement strategies for talent management, succession planning, and career advancement.Manage BOOT calculations, oversee administration, and execute implementation.Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.Review and refine remuneration and benefits frameworks.Develop tender documentation that is both competitive and compelling.Manage case files as required.About YouMinimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.Knowledge of current employment law and industrial relations matters related to the construction, mining, and engineering industries is preferred but not necessary.Working knowledge of remuneration principles, talent and succession planning, leadership development, enterprise bargaining, and performance management.What We OfferThis is a supportive, fun, and high-performing environment where your work is recognised with benefits, flexible work arrangements, and progression opportunities.
