We are seeking a skilled and collaborative HR Business Partner to join our team and support strategic people initiatives across the business.

Role Purpose: The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, focusing on talent management, leadership development, and organizational performance.
This role will identify key HR drivers that impact business success, support the development of talent pipelines, and ensure that the workforce is equipped to meet both current and future business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Coaching: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, coaching teams on all people-related matters.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with Store Operations and L&D to assess and recommend optimal workforce models to align with business strategy.
Talent Development: Collaborate on Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Succession Planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Training & Competency: Identify training needs and skill gaps with L&D and business leaders to create and implement effective learning solutions.
Engagement Initiatives: Develop and support employee engagement strategies and facilitate effective communication across teams.
Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations and industrial relations matters escalated by the HR Hub team.
People Process Leadership: Lead annual HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and succession planning.
Research & Recommendations: Identify key people performance trends (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, overtime) and conduct research to propose actionable solutions.
HR Systems Expertise: Utilize HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) to support people processes and streamline HR administration.
Key Skills & Competencies: Proven business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals Strong coaching, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities Ability to manage competing priorities while navigating complexity Effective communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to driving diversity, equity, and inclusion A customer-centric approach with strategic foresight Experience & Qualifications: Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years' experience as a generalist HR professional, ideally with experience in the retail industry Prior experience in talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, change management, and HRIS platforms (Workday desirable) What We Offer: A dynamic and inclusive working environment where your expertise will shape our people strategies.
