Job Description We are thrilled to present a unique opportunity for you to join a prominent operations and infrastructure business with offices spanning Western Sydney.
In the wake of a regional restructure, a new position has emerged— HR Business Partner - Operations, aimed at supporting our existing workforce and overseeing HR strategy management for future growth and investment plans.
As a key member of the team, you will report to the Regional HR Leader and collaborate closely with the executive team to support ongoing strategic and transformation projects. Your role will involve building enduring partnerships with key stakeholders, emphasizing integrity, strong ethics, and values, along with a dedicated customer focus in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide dedicated end-to-end support, guidance, and services to the business region to achieve strategic outcomes.
•Support the business in performance management, remuneration reviews, promotions, transitions, and day-to-day human resource management.
•Assist with employee relations, including policy interpretation, workplace investigations, and complaint management.
•Develop engagement and retention strategies.
•Collaborate with the business on various strategic initiatives and projects.
•Cultivate an engaged, committed, and customer-centric workforce, fostering a culture where staff embrace change, demonstrate flexibility, and agility in their work.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in supporting executive leaders within a complex operations/infrastructure/manufacturing business, possessing expertise in change management and project management.
This role is ideal for an individual seeking their next challenge or aiming to elevate themselves to a true Business Partner, driven by a passion for engagement, culture, and all aspects of the talent lifecycle, while actively contributing to change and cultural improvement. IR/operations experience would be highly advantageous.
