Reporting to the Regional Manager, City of Sydney, this role is primarily responsible for overseeing the HR function across the six City of Sydney Aquatic and Leisure Centres.Key functions for this role include representing the central HR services of Belgravia Leisure, implementing the workforce annual plan, overseeing the recruitment process, onboarding and induction, training, and maintaining policies and procedures across all six City of Sydney Aquatic and Leisure Centres.The Core Areas Of FocusDevelop and implement the annual workforce planOversee the recruitment function for the contracts, ensuring a steady recruitment pipeline to meet the workforce requirementsFacilitating group interviews and group inductionsManaging the training and development plan across the CentresEnsure the onboarding and induction of staff is effective and provides every opportunity for them to succeedDeliver training and the new employee induction programDevelopment of people policiesManaging monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the ContractThis is a HR generalist role with an emphasis on ensuring processes and procedures are effective and adhered to, with lots of scope for new learning and experiences in a fast-paced organisation.About YouYou will need the following personal attributes to be successful and enjoy this position.
