HR Business Partner ( NSW, City of Sydney Aquatic & Leisure Facilities - Sydney 2000)AUD 80,000 - 100,000Company OverviewBelgravia Health and Leisure Group proudly manage the City of Sydney's six iconic Aquatic and Fitness Leisure Centres:Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation CentreIan Thorpe Aquatic CentreCook and Phillip Park PoolVictoria Park PoolPrince Alfred Park PoolBelgravia Leisure employs around 600 diverse individuals in roles such as lifeguards, learn to swim instructors, fitness coaches, centre management, and corporate functions.The RoleThe HR Business Partner is a key role in the leadership team and works closely with the Regional Managers and the Centre Management teams.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, City of Sydney, this role is primarily responsible for overseeing the HR function across the six City of Sydney Aquatic and Leisure Centres.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the annual workforce planOversee the recruitment function for the contracts, ensuring a steady recruitment pipeline to meet the workforce requirementsFacilitate group interviews and group inductionsManage the training and development plan across the CentresEnsure effective onboarding and induction of staffDeliver training and the new employee induction programDevelop people policiesManage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of the ContractEnsure processes and procedures are effective and adhered to, with opportunities for new learning in a fast-paced organisation.About YouYou will need the following personal attributes to be successful and enjoy this position:Adaptable attitudeDependable, organised with great attention to detailAbility to identify suitable candidates to ensure workforce deliveryA team player contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace cultureAble to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentShow initiative and be comfortable working in ambiguityFlexible to work out of all 6 sites as neededTo ApplySimply complete the application process by clicking "Apply Now".Child Safety CommitmentBelgravia Health & Leisure Group is a child safe organisation.
