Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast paced and dynamic facilities business in Wollongong.
This role will be hands on, partnering with the Executive Leadership team, as well as managers across the business, providing coaching and guidance on a range of issues including employee engagement, managing performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
What you'll be doing Partner with managers to understand their people-related challenges and develop tailored solutionsProvide expert advice and guidance on all HR-related matters, through the employee lifecycle from onboarding to off boardingOffer expert advice and manage all things employment relations, including but not limited to: Award interpretation and implementation, HR legislation, Performance and Disciplinary matters and terminationsContribute to the design and delivery of training and development opportunities for employeesManage the RPO partnership and have responsibility for onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experienceAnalyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-makingHR projects and reportingPromote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work cultureWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR generalist roleDemonstrated expertise in employee relationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsProactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative HR solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-makingDegree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldExperience working within a blue collar organisationWhat's on offer As an HR Business Partner, you can expect:
