Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice to the leadership team on legal compliance and ensure the organisation adheres to relevant legislation.Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures.Support and guide management and employees on performance management, employee relations, and case management.Promote a culture of continuous improvement aligned with organisational goals.Oversee recruitment processes and offer strategic HR advice when required.Monitor key HR performance indicators and ensure system integrity.Address employee relations issues and manage ad hoc HR projects.About You
