Hr Business Partner

Reporting to the Head of HR APAC who is based offshore, this role will be essential in providing support to the local leadership team, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with Australian workplace legislation.
Responsible for: Entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboardingEnsuring local policies and procedures are aligned to both regional and global standards, taking into account the nuances of Australian legislative frameworks.Act as the 'face' of HR to the local workforce; headcount of approximately 100; blue and white collar.
Provision of advice to employees and managers.Implement a cohesive talent management framework aligned to regional norms, including regular 'check-ins', goal setting, and appraisals.Role review, skills analysis, and learning and development pathway development.Support the leadership team on decision making aligned to people.
HR is a valued counsel to operational leadership.This will be an autonomous and standalone role with support from your regional HR Leader and peers across the region.
You will have robust technology including SuccessFactors and Workday.
