We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join this dynamic team and help with the continued growth by providing contemporary and grounded advice to all stakeholders. The role will have a strong EA/IR focus.Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Develop and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (Union representatives).Provide accurate advice on employee matters, including end-to-end complex case management and conducting workplace investigations.Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent for blue-collar roles. Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee engagement.Identify training needs and coordinate programs that support employee growth, skill development, and compliance with industry standards.Facilitate performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on performance improvement plans, and ensure accountability across teams.Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry regulations.
