The Opportunity As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advising our leaders while delivering strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
You'll work closely with managers and regional teams to enhance workforce engagement, leadership development, and organizational capability.
The role is flexible in terms of location as there is some travel required across Sydney Metro visiting our various sites (e.g.
Glendenning, Kemps Creek, Hillsdale, and Eastern Creek).
