QRT is growing fast and the Human Resources team is expanding and globally to support our growth. We have a new opening for a HR Business Partner based in Sydney.
In this role, you will report directly to your regional cluster HR Director based in Singapore. You will liaise and collaborate with HR colleagues across all locations and regions, as well as our HR Subject Matter experts in Learning and Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Information System Support, and Talent Acquisition team, in addition to third party vendors.
Your future role within QRT Provide HR advice and support to managers to help facilitate their growth plans through effective partnership on recruitment/ on-boarding matters.Manage complex HR matters including those arising through the hiring processManagement of a wide range of Employee Relations topics including resolving complaints, occupational health matters, performance management, dismissals and running both disciplinary and grievance processesHands on involvement in ensuring recruitment is delivered effectively including handling complex contract queries and ensuring new hires are onboarded compliantly. Ensure on-boarding process of new hires are carried out effectively.Payroll management, including payroll instruction preparation and reviewHandling of employee benefits, including involvement in management of any statutory requirements in Australia including for e.g Superannuation, annual benefits review, renewal and enquiries, keeping up to date with local regulations, benchmarking and potential new and amended/improved benefitsAnnual performance management support, including follow up from both formal and informal reviews, coaching of managers and employees when neededCompensation management including annual year-end compensation supportProject management and involvement in HR initiativesWorking with third parties on Legal, Immigration, Tax and Relocation mattersWorkday platform and data entry and management, including absence, block leave tracking, etcMaintenance and review of the Employee Handbook, Employee Benefits Handbook and administrative policies and proceduresYour Present Skillset 7+ years' experience in HRExperience with employment laws in AustraliaPassionate about HR and takes an innovative approach to how HR can support the businessProficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR information systems and platforms (knowledge of Workday will be a plus)Able to prioritize effectively to meet deadlinesWilling to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervisionAttention to details and accuracyOrganized and able to manage multiple priorities whilst working in a fast-paced dynamic environmentProfessional, collegiate, articulate and able to communicate effectively at all levels and across all disciplinesExcellent interpersonal and customer focus skillsTeam Player – ability to collaborate effectively within an international environment and at all levels and willing to proactively contribute and support other colleagues as and when required no matter the task or topicQRT is an equal opportunity employer.
