HR Generalist Specialist in field with extensive experience with ER, Training, Business Partnering. A growth opportunity to impact change, uplift capability and lead some exciting projects.
Location: Sydney (3 days from office, 2 days from home)
Salary: $125k base plus super plus salary packaging

The role: The HR Business Partner | HR Generalist is a critical role for the business with key responsibilities including:
Aligning organisational priorities and strategies to support leaders.Providing strategic advice to formulate effective people strategies and recruitment solutions aligned to organisational objectives.Analysis and interpretation of people data to inform innovative solutions on a range of people and culture issues.Engagement with key Senior Leaders to champion people and culture initiatives.Collaborating with leaders on talent building and pipelining.Working collaboratively across organisational boundaries to identify improvement opportunities for organisational and/or cultural change.Delivering fit-for-purpose verbal and written advice to various audiences, including Senior Leaders on complex people and culture issues.Planning and leading the activities of a team, including the development and delivery of projects, strategies, and initiatives to ensure successful delivery of intended results.Coaching, leading, and mentoring team members to meet objectives.Providing tailored coaching to uplift capability regarding performance management discussions.Evaluating current team members and identifying areas for training improvement.Providing HR policy guidance.Evaluating training programs.Suggesting new HR strategies.The ideal candidates will have: At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar HR Business Partner position with extensive ER experience and ability to support in areas of recruitment and people projects.All-round HR generalist experience ideally within a team environment vs. standalone.The ability to align strategic priorities to business activity and achieve results in collaboration with key stakeholders.Advanced analytical skills to interpret large data sets and develop innovative solutions to complex people issues.Understanding of fundamental payroll principles.The offer: Brilliant organisation | Brilliant leaders.A meaty role where no day is the same, offering excellent projects to get involved in.Purpose.Hybrid working.Transparency on business objectives and how to achieve them.
