About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner who will work closely with senior leaders across major portfolios. You will not only deliver expert HR support but also provide strategic insight, ensuring alignment with the organisation's objectives. You'll engage deeply with your client groups, addressing issues proactively, diagnosing problems, and devising solutions that support both the HR function and the broader business. Your key responsibilities will include:
Promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing within a multi-disciplinary team. Coaching leaders and providing advice, using data analysis and commercial insight to resolve workforce needs, talent development and succession planning. Delivering programs tailored to client needs. Leading in a culture of respect and accountability by modeling appropriate behaviors and supporting leadership development. About You
We're looking for someone with a robust HR background and a deep understanding of how to align people strategies with business needs. You are commercially savvy, comfortable analysing and interpreting workforce data, and capable of influencing key stakeholders across all levels of the business. Your ability to read the room, negotiate, and understand commercial risks will be crucial, as will some experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and data analysis. Familiarity with working in complex, large-scale environments is essential.
