Newly created HRBP role in growing national firm Provide HR support to dedicated client groups and own the L&D portfolio Work closely with the HR Director & team to deliver strategic projects Sydney CBD based (4 days in office) Salary circa $150K + super Growing Australian professional services firm has a newly created opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their people team.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will work closely with leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.
You will be responsible for partnering with multiple practice groups and act as the subject matter expert for Learning & Development across the firm, splitting your time between coaching, partnering, delivery, and strategic HR projects.
Responsibilities will include: Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to people leaders and employees, with a focus on employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
Lead & guide managers through performance management and employee relations, including performance improvement plans and talent development initiatives.
Identify training needs and collaborate internally to deliver relevant content or courses Assist with the annual salary review processes Ensure compliance with local employment laws and HR best practices.
Develop strong relationships across the firm to influence the future development of culture and practices.
Assist with staff planning, workflow distribution, and talent acquisition.
About you: Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, with Learning & Development Professional services experience required Thorough knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and industry trends Excellent communication, interpersonal & influencing skills Ability to work face to face, 4 days in the Sydney office This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a growing business with a broad range of HR initiatives and projects to deliver to support this growth.
