About this role We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will:
Take Talent Management at Stake to another level by: Facilitating career planning conversations and supporting employees and managers in their professional development;
Maintaining an up-to-date talent map to identify and nurture high-potential employees as well as identify skills gaps and key flight risks.
Oversee performance management processes, promotions, salary reviews, and performance bonuses;
Design and implement training programs to meet the needs of a growing team;
Ensure HR governance, compliance, and oversee the offboarding process.
A bit about you 5-7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role, preferably in Financial Services.
Proven experience implementing HR strategies, particularly in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
Strong business acumen with a talent for critical and creative thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
