This is a true partnering role suited to an HR professional looking to grow their experience in an innovative environment to support the team located at the Greater Western/North West Sydney site. This is a true partnering role where you will be responsible for building strong relationships with your key stakeholders to deliver best-practice HR solutions across the entire employee lifecycle.
Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, you will play a leading role in driving performance across your portfolio, and you will enjoy being in a hands-on and operational role, immersing yourself in your client group to deliver solutions that will HAVE an impact.
Your direct Manager is an enabler, a strong mentor, and is supportive of people that come with new ideas and an open mind. Your expertise can drive engagement and enhance a fantastic, people-first, growing company.
