Based at our Perth facility and reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner in Adelaide, you will partner with Senior Managers and stakeholders by providing timely and effective guidance, coaching and support to execute HR/IR and Organisational Development initiatives and processes.
DutiesProviding timely and effective HR services and support to internal customersCoach and mentor leaders to improve the capabilities required to build a strong value driven cultureEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation (including the Fair Work Act 2009, the National Employment Standards and applicable modern awards)Support the National Human Resources Manager in the development and delivery of Liebherr's national HR strategy and initiatives such as; Talent Acquisition and Retention, Succession Planning and Leadership DevelopmentManagement of all ER matters including case management, end to end investigations, performance management, complaints and grievances, resolution of workplace and disciplinary issuesEstablish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersEnd-to-end RecruitmentSkills and ExperienceA tertiary qualification in HR or IR and significant HR generalist experienceExceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to influence and drive changeExceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, diverse projectsWhat we can offer you?
