About this roleAs you make this role your own, you will partner with Senior Leaders + Executive team to provide sound business decisions, support organisational design, share advice with stakeholders, manage all people cycle activities, talent mapping, ER/IR matters, succession planning, compliance adherence, as well as become involved with global projects.
If you are process driven and always looking for improvements along the way, this is a role that you will thrive in. Your strong influencing skills, sound business partnering experience, continuous improvement focus, and proactive nature will serve you well.
As an experienced Senior HR BP, you will be commercially astute, have experience working in a complex organisation, possess strong legislative knowledge, and be confident to make decisions. Ideally, you will be experienced and confident working with Enterprise Agreements and understand the Retail landscape, coupled with the ability to influence at the highest level.
