We are looking for a HR Business Partner to support the Australian and New Zealand business (approx.
50 FTE) and some project support across the APAC region.
Support the Business Heads and managers in the effective operational and strategic management of their people and ensuring first-class people services are delivered at all times.
What you'll do: Provide a pro-active business partnering service to stakeholders across the ANZ region.Provide professional support and advice to Business Heads on all employee relations activity.Consult and provide guidance to Business Heads in relation to performance, development plans, promotions, etc.Identify key issues/trends/changes both internally and externally in respect of potential policy changes.Ensure monthly payroll is processed correctly.What you bring: Significant experience from a commercially focused HR Business Partner role.Previous work experience in a large/global organisation is preferred.Experience of leading employee relations activity to conclusion.Experience of contributing to HR strategies including performance, engagement, and organisational design.Strong communication skills – able to coach managers.Ability to work in both structured and ambiguous situations.What sets this company apart: Flexible working options (hybrid + 9 day fortnight or a 4.5 day working week).Additional leave for our birthday and Christmas.Annual performance bonus.Annual and quarterly team building initiatives.Professional development plans and plenty of learning opportunities.Exposure to HR projects at an APAC and international level.What's next:
