As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning employees and management with business objectives. You shall be a consultant to management on HR-related matters and manage the following (in conjunction with the HR Pacific team and/or relevant Center of Excellence Teams): development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, organisation structure and restructuring projects, Enterprise Agreements (EA), performance management, and resource management (temporary staffing).
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy.Build strong and solid relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.Influence business leaders in decision making - going beyond pure HR matters (Organization effectiveness, change management, capabilities for future…).Build critical competencies for the organisation according to business growth needs.Lead succession planning and building talent pipeline, and driving Leadership development.Improve employee experience, promoting organisational culture & value inside and outside the company.Collaborate and coordinate with HR CoE and HR SSC to implement HR initiatives, solve HR issues in responsible business scope.Facilitate business transformation and change; Anticipate future market trends that are likely to impact HR needs.Implement company programs that are aligned with the local regulations.Facilitate discussion between employees and line managers to resolve disputes and other complaints.Partner with internal legal counsel and represent the company regarding labor-related matters.Stay up to date on amendments in local regulations and Air Liquide Group and drive 100% compliance.Are you a MATCH?Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.Minimum of 5 years practical experience providing significant knowledge of human resources practices and processes.Knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to interpret industrial awards and agreements.Experience in working in an industrial environment and negotiating enterprise agreements.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where standardisation may not exist.Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interview, consult, negotiate, influence, and resolve complex issues with managers and employees.Experience in Human Resources Information System and excellent computer skills (e.g., Google Suite).Ability to prepare reports and budgets and monitor variances.Ability to write clear and succinct policies and procedures and correspondence.Ability to conduct presentations to managers and employees.We OFFERSalary + Performance Bonus.Hybrid work.Full-time permanent role based in St Kilda, VIC.Free onsite parking.Salary Continuance Insurance.Local and global opportunities.Health and wellbeing initiatives.Retail discount programs with over 350 retailers.Health insurance discounts.Employee Assistance Programs.Free LPG refills for personal use.Stock Purchase Plan options.Long-term career development opportunities nationally and/or internationally across the Air Liquide Group.About Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
