You will lead a variety of HR Projects and initiatives in the pipeline and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. As the P&C Business Partner, reporting directly into the Head of HR, you will:Deliver generalist HR support and advice to enable overall employee excellence;Support on projects such as EVP, Culture AMP, performance cycles, engagement and retention;Monitor trends, identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement within the existing HR processes;Provide considered employee relations guidance on occasion, whilst building capability;Support leaders with their cohort of 160 employees through development, succession planning and org design;Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide coaching/ push back or influence as required;9 month fixed term contract - part time 0.8 FTE.About YouYou will be a natural relationship builder, excited about uplifting capability while contributing to the overall people strategy.
