Hr Business Partner

Our client is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner with a strong HRBP generalist skillset. This role will be part of their corporate team, dealing with the complexities of white-collar work. Your key responsibilities will include enabling business leaders to enhance people experience, managing employee relations, providing advice, leading projects, and fostering leadership enablement. This is a six-week role where you will be supporting a Senior People Business Partner.

Manage employee relations effectively
Provide expert advice on HR matters
Lead HR-related projects efficiently
Foster leadership enablement within the organisation
Support the Senior People Business Partner in their duties
