As they continue to grow, and in line with positive organisational transformation, they are now seeking a new HR Business Partner for a newly created, national division.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager of this division and collaborating across a broader P&C Centre of Excellence function, you will be joining a values-based culture with a 'start up' focus as they build and implement frameworks that both align commercially and allow their people to thrive.
About the role:
Support a portfolio of roughly 400 people in a diverse healthcare environment – ranging from frontline operational employees through to clinical specialists.
This is a semi-greenfield environment and the role will involve a combination of operational and strategic engagement across dispersed stakeholder groups.
Support a broad generalist people program that includes IR/ER and work closely with the HR Leader in the development and operationalisation of key people outcomes.
With the autonomy to innovate and the opportunity to make a positive impact in a complex and transforming organisation, this is ideal for an experienced Business Partner who is passionate about start up and/or greenfield environments and is comfortable rolling up sleeves in the support of setting up and delivering a broad generalist program.
About you:
Strong generalist Business Partnering background which includes IR/ER experience developed from within unionised settings.
Comfortable in greenfield environments and demonstrated capability to collaborate and build in combination with engage and implement.
Strong in stakeholder engagement, particularly in leading and/or supporting change and transformation in complex environments.
This is hybrid working environment combining office and home-based work.
