Job Description Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Develop, contribute, and implement to an inclusive people and culture workplace policy.Support business transformation initiatives to enhance business performance and effectiveness.Partner with business units to implement retention and employee satisfaction strategies.Coach and equip managers with skills to effectively lead and manage their teams.Support people managers with ER matters, including grievances, performance management, and investigations.Ensure and maintain physically and psychological safety is promoted in the workplace. The Successful Applicant We are looking for a full-time HR Business Partner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and likes to take on all aspects of HR, including recruitment and ER matters. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communications skills and be able to handle all levels of stakeholder engagement, succession plan and complete reporting and analysis on employee engagement, turnover, and trends. This will be a Monday - Friday role, full-time, and standard business hours; and be in the CBD office a minimum of 3-days per week.
