We have an opportunity available for a part time HR Business Partner to join our growing company in a job share role! This will be offered as a long term contract for 2 days per week, based at our office on Collins Street, Melbourne. We are also open to considering candidates from Sydney.. About The Role In this role, you will assist in supporting People & Experience (HR) activities across your assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Assist in providing HR subject matter expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legislation.
Support and advise internal stakeholders on organisational change, staff performance, discipline issues and grievances.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of people processes and delivery across Service Stream.
Provide support with key delivery projects and processes.
About You Our ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally across white and blue collar industries.
Ideally 3 years of HR generalist experience.
Current understanding of employment laws and EBAs.
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with various levels of the business.
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Commerce or related discipline is preferred.
